Bowers promoted to Branch Manager
Terri French, Vice President of Retail Operations at FNBC Bank, recently announced the promotion of Monica Bowers to branch manager of the Mammoth Spring office. Bowers joined the FNBC team in 2007 and was promoted to branch assistant in 2014.
“Monica has been an important member of our Mammoth Spring team for a while,” said French. “Her leadership skills are valuable inside the bank, but Monica also does a great job of being active in her community and promoting the FNBC brand wherever she goes.”
In her new role, Bowers will oversee the daily management and operations of the Mammoth Spring office. She will also continue to work closely with Fulton County Community President, Jason Miller, to provide exceptional service to the Mammoth Spring community.
She is heavily involved in school functions with her children, including coaching her daughter’s cheerleading team for the past four years. She attends the Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist Church in Thayer where she is one of the Youth Directors and teaches Pre-K classes. Her family is also very active in the annual St. Jude Radio-Thon to help raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
A graduate of Thayer High School, Monica and her husband, Daniel, reside in Thayer with their children: Austin, 16, Madison, 13, and Abby, 8.
