Crawford to lead iBanker team

Julie Davis, Vice President of Retail Operations, has announced the promotion of Diane Crawford to Branch Manager for FNBC’s iBanker Live Tellers.

In this new role, Crawford will lead the team of iBankers and oversee all aspects of operations and daily management.

“Diane has become a trusted and reliable leader amongst our iBankers,” said Davis. “She ensures we are running optimally each day and is passionate about ensuring we are offering the highest level of customer service.”

Crawford has been with FNBC for more than 15 years and has held various roles in retail operations and leadership. She was part of the original team who launched the iBankers in 2020 and was named Team Lead in 2022.

FNBC introduced iBanker Live Tellers in late 2020 and has since deployed more than 20 machines at all of its 14 locations. iBankers are an interactive customer delivery channel that connects customers in the Bank’s drive-thru with a live teller who handles standard transactions such as deposits, check cashing, withdrawals and loan payments.

She and her husband, Wayne, reside in Ash Flat. She has one son and one stepdaughter, as well as three grandchildren.
