FNBC Bank makes contribution to local Red Cross chapter
FNBC Bank helped the Sharp County chapter of the American Red Cross kickoff its annual fundraising efforts with a $1,000 contribution on Thursday, Feb. 26 at the bank’s Ash Flat office.
“We are proud to be able to provide this support for this very hard-working, worthy group,” said Marty Sellars, FNBC President. “This organization has a great team of
volunteers right here at home who help to make a difference in our community each day, but most importantly, they’re here when our community needs them most.”
The funds the chapter raises will directly impact the county’s disaster relief fund which provides aid for families and individuals who face unexpected loss due to fire and/or other natural disasters.
March is the organization’s official fundraising month. For more information about the Sharp County Chapter or to make a contribution, please contact Dianne NesSmith at 870-257-2570.
