“I’ve had the privilege of knowing Zack for several years, and I am excited to welcome him to our team,” said FNBC Regional Market President Kyle Davidson. “His customers trust him, his teams respect him, and I am confident that his leadership will play a pivotal role in propelling our market share growth in our Missouri markets.”
A native of West Plains, prior to joining FNBC, Lashley served as a Vice President and Commercial Lender for a financial institution in Mountain Home, Ark.
“I am excited to begin this exciting chapter of my career at FNBC,” said Lashley. “Having admired FNBC’s reputation as genuine community bankers for several years, I am looking forward to being a part of an exceptional team and driving success by building strong relationships across both markets.”
Lashley holds a Bachelor of Science in finance with a minor in economics from Missouri State University in Springfield. He and his wife, Thera, currently reside in Mountain Home, but are in the process of relocating to West Plains.
