FNBC hires Business Development Officer for SBA team
FNBC bank, an $800 million asset community bank headquartered in Ash Flat, is proud to announce the addition of Jason Gober as Business Development Officer for its SBA Lending Division.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jason to our team,” said Edward Haddock, Senior Vice President of Small Business Lending. “His deep expertise with SBA lending programs, combined with his proven track record in business development, makes him a valuable asset as we continue to expand and deliver tailored financial solutions to small business.”
Gober brings over a decade of banking experience to FNBC, most recently working in business development for a finance company in Northwest Arkansas, where he gained extensive knowledge in SBA 7(a) and 504 lending programs.
In this new role, Gober will be responsible for developing growth strategies that increase FNBC’s production of government guaranteed SBA 7(a) loans, as well as actively prospecting and cultivating a network of strategic partnerships that generate new business opportunities for FNBC’s SBA Lending Division.
“I am excited to join FNBC and contribute to its continued success in SBA lending,” said Gober. “FNBC’s commitment to empowering small businesses aligns perfectly with my passion for helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals. I look forward to building strong relationships and supporting the growth of businesses in our communities and beyond.”
Gober has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas and was a U.S. Combat Engineer with the Arkansas Army National Guard.
FNBC, which has 14 offices throughout North Central and Northeast Arkansas, and South-Central Missouri, formed its Small Business Division in 2018 and became an SBA Preferred Lender by the U.S. Small Business Administration later that same year. FNBC offers financing options to clients located in Arkansas, Missouri and surrounding states.
