FNBC promotes Guiltner to Executive Committee
FNBC CEO Marty Sellars has announced the promotion of Rebekah Guiltner to Senior Vice President, Director of Risk Management and Audit, effective Nov. 1. Guiltner, who most recently served as Senior Vice President, Internal Audit, will join FNBC’s Executive Committee in her expanded role.
In her new capacity, Guiltner will continuing overseeing FNBC’s audit and compliance functions while advising on regulatory requirements to ensure the Bank’s adherence to evolving standards. Her promotion to the Executive Committee recognizes her extensive expertise and dedicated leadership within FNBC’s Risk Department.
“Rebekah has been an invaluable asset to our Risk Department for more than 20 years,” said Sellars. “Her leadership and deep knowledge have been instrumental in navigating complex regulatory environments. She embodies our core values and culture, and I am confident she will be a dynamic addition to our Executive Leadership Team.”
Guiltner joined FNBC in 2000 as a Clerk/Scanner and quickly advanced through a series of key roles. She was promoted to Audit Assistant in 2001, became Auditor/Compliance Officer in 2007, and was named Vice President & Internal Auditor in 2013 before being elevated to Senior Vice President in 2019.
Throughout her career, she has been committed to expanding FNBC’s audit capabilities and ensuring a strong compliance framework. Beyond her daily responsibilities, she played a key role in delivering PPP funds to the Bank’s communities quickly and has been instrumental in FNBC’s branch acquisition conversions and expansions.
She has completed coursework at the University of Central Arkansas and passed the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager Exam offered by the American Bankers Association and was inducted into the Institute of Certified Bankers.
She and her husband, Wayne, live in Salem and have two adult sons.
