Hannah Rigsby promoted to Assistant Vice President
FNBC has announced the promotion of Hannah Rigsby to Assistant Vice President – Deposit Operations. In this role, Rigsby will assume direct leadership responsibilities for the Deposit Operations team and continue to support the efficient processing of daily and weekly deposit operations functions across the bank.
Rigsby will also collaborate closely with leaders across FNBC to ensure the Deposit Operations team consistently delivers excellent customer service while supporting the bank’s operational goals.
“Hannah has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strong operational knowledge, and a deep commitment to both her team and our customers,” said Clint McBryde, Vice President of Deposit Operations. “Her ability to lead through complex change was especially evident during our recent system upgrade, where her contributions were critical to our success.”
Rigsby played an instrumental role in advancing FNBC’s recent system upgrade efforts, working across multiple data validation projects including demand deposit accounts, safe deposit boxes, digital banking, time deposit accounts, customer information files, and treasury management services.
In addition to her project work, Rigsby was engaged in conversion training, participating in numerous meetings and test reviews. She also stepped into a key leadership role, mastering new systems and applications to help ensure employees were well-supported following the conversion.
Rigsby began her banking career with FNBC in February 2014 as a CRM I before transitioning to the Deposit Operations team as a Deposit Operations Specialist in 2015. In 2017, she made the decision to return to school to pursue a career in nursing while continuing to work at FNBC. During this time, she earned a Technical Certificate in Licensed Practical Nursing, an Associate of Applied Science in Health Professions, and an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, all from Ozarka College.
Following her education, Rigsby began her nursing career, but ultimately decided her heart was in banking. In March 2020, she returned to FNBC and the Deposit Operations team, bringing with her a renewed perspective and valuable experience. She was promoted to Deposit Operations Team Leader in April 2023.
Rigsby’s promotion reflects FNBC’s commitment to recognizing internal talent and investing in the growth and development of its employees.
