7(a) Loans

Loans up to $5 Million. Term loans that can be used for a range of purposes, including starting a business, working capital, business acquisition, expansion or renovation, equipment purchases, real estate purchase and debt refinancing.

504 Loans

Loans up to $5 million. Ideal for existing businesses looking to acquire or refinance fixed assets such as real estate, machinery, or major equipment.
