Arnold promoted to Treasury Management Rep

FNBC recently promoted Victoria Arnold to Treasury Management Services Representative in its Mountain Home market. FNBC is located at 102 Hwy 62 E. and will be breaking ground on a second location in the West End Division at 175 West End Way later this summer.

Arnold will work with Jessica Harper, Vice President of Treasury Management Services, to grow and expand FNBC’s business banking offerings in Baxter County. FNBC launched its treasury management services division in March 2020 with the hire of Harper who has been spearheading the project. Arnold is the first full-time rep to join the team.

“Victoria’s knowledge of the Mountain Home market coupled with her customer service skills made her a natural fit for the treasury management team,” said Harper. “She has a genuine care for her clients and is excited to see their businesses grow.”

Arnold joined FNBC in 2016 and was most recently a Consumer Relationship Manager II where she handled transactions and opened new accounts. In her new role, she will manage the overall treasury management customer relationship in the market by evaluating existing clients and identifying prospects and will find opportunities to cultivate and grow those relationships, proactively seeking to offer appropriate bank products and services.
