Howell promoted to Branch Assistant

Cassie Howell as been promoted to Branch Assistant of FNBC’s Horseshoe Bend office, according to Julie Davis, Vice President of Retail Operations.

Howell, a native of Horseshoe Bend, began her career with FNBC in 2015 as a Roving CRM based out of the bank’s Highland office. She was promoted to a CRM II in 2017 and CRM III in 2020. Additionally, she was part of the launch of the iBanker Live Tellers in late 2020, working as one of the original iBankers.

“Cassie’s dedication and experience make her a great fit for this role,” said Davis. “Her commitment to exceptional service and deep understanding of our operations will be a tremendous asset to the Horseshoe Bend team.”

In her new role, she will assist with general planning, oversight, product delivery and operational efficiency of the branch, working closely with Branch Manager Karen McKnight.
