FNBC adds Mortgage Loan Originator in Sharp County
Karrigan Crabtree has been promoted to Mortgage Loan Originator in FNBC’s Sharp County market, according to David Norris, Senior Vice President for Mortgage Lending. Her office is located at the bank’s Highland office, located at 1476 Hwy 62/412, and she is now taking clients.
In this new role, Crabtree will guide individuals and families through the mortgage lending process, from initial pre-approval to closing. She will assist clients with identifying the loan programs that best fit their needs, managing required documentation, and ensuring a smooth and transparent experience from start to finish.
“Karrigan brings a strong sense of dedication and energy to everything she does,” said Norris. “Even as a new Mortgage Loan Originator, she demonstrates exceptional enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and serve. Her connections in our community and her strong work ethic will be tremendous assets to our customers.”
Crabtree joined FNBC in 2022 as a Consumer Relationship Manager based in the Highland office. In that role, she developed strong relationships with local customers by consistently providing excellent service and guidance. Her commitment to understanding customer needs and building trust has made her a valued member of the FNBC team.

Crabtree holds a Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Arkansas State University – Newport and will graduate with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University this May.
A native of Newport, Crabtree now resides in Ravenden and is engaged to Jeramy Matthews.
