Pierson hired at FNBC Jonesboro
FNBC Bank recently announced the hire of Rheanne Pierson as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. Pierson will be based in the bank’s Jonesboro office, where she will focus on developing and strengthening commercial banking relationships throughout the Northeast Arkansas market.
Pierson brings more than 17 years of banking experience to FNBC, with a background spanning commercial lending, relationship management, credit analysis, regulatory compliance and portfolio management. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Commercial Banker with another financial institution in Jonesboro, where she managed a commercial lending portfolio.
“Rheanne brings a strong combination of lending experience, market knowledge and a relationship-focused approach that aligns well with how we serve our customers at FNBC,” said Gabe Roberts, Community President for FNBC Bank in Jonesboro. “She understands the businesses and people who make this community strong, and we’re excited to have her join our team as we continue to grow our presence in Jonesboro and Northeast Arkansas.”
Pierson earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from Arkansas State University. She has also completed programs through the Barrett School of Banking and the Texas Bankers Association Compliance School and is a graduate of Leadership Jonesboro Class of 2025.

Additionally, Pierson serves on the Board of Consolidated Youth Services, is a Junior Auxiliary Associate Member, and volunteers with the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas, United Way of Northeast Arkansas, Habitat for Humanity and NEA Child Advocacy Center. She is also a former board member of The Learning Center and St. Bernards Advocates.
