Melanie Britt joins FNBC
Melanie Britt has joined FNBC as Assistant Vice President and Senior Personal Banker. She brings over 34 years of banking experience, and will be based out of FNBC’s Mountain Home office, located at 102 Hwy 62 E.

Melanie has spent her entire 34 years in banking as a local community banker in the Mountain Home market and has developed strong relationships with her customers during her tenure. In this new role, Britt will provide a personalized approach in assisting clients with selecting the deposit products and services that best fit their needs, as well as developing and expanding relationships throughout the community.
Britt began her banking career as a teller more than 30 years ago. Over the years, she has served as teller supervisor, customer service representative and supervisor, and personal banker.
She has received several banking certifications throughout her career from the Arkansas Bankers Association and Wolters Kluwer. Additionally, she attended the Arkansas Banker Management School. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Good Samaritan Village.
A native of Cotter, she and her husband Wade reside in Mountain Home and have two adult sons and three grandchildren.
FNBC, a $565 million asset community bank headquartered in Ash Flat, moved into the Mountain Home market in 2006, and today the local office has over $91 million in assets.
