Ricciardi joins FNBC as VP, Business Development Officer – SBA Lending

FNBC Bank is pleased to announce that Richard (Rick) Ricciardi has joined the bank as Vice President, Business Development Officer – SBA Lending.

Ricciardi brings more than 30 years of experience in small business and government-guaranteed lending to FNBC. His extensive background includes roles in SBA and USDA credit underwriting as well as SBA lending and business development at several financial institutions throughout his career.

In his role at FNBC, Ricciardi will focus on expanding the bank’s SBA lending platform, developing relationships with small business owners, and helping entrepreneurs access flexible financing solutions to support growth and long-term success.

Ricciardi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Salve Regina University in Newport, R.I., majoring in politics with a minor in Spanish. He is actively involved in the small business community and currently serves as an advisory board member for the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC). He has also been engaged with the SBA Emerging Leaders Program as both a judge and participant reviewer.
