FNBC is preparing to begin construction on a new 4,000 square foot commercial banking center at 175 West End Way in Mountain Home this fall. The new facility will be the $600 million asset lender’s second location in the Baxter County seat. FNBC purchased the land in the West End Development in 2019 and began making plans to extend its market presence.

FNBC once again selected Adrenaline Agency to oversee the experience design, general contractor selection and overall management of the project. They were responsible for bank’s most recent new office in Jonesboro that opened on the corner of Fair Park Boulevard and Race Street in Jonesboro. General contractor selection is expected to be completed soon.

Initial architectural renderings of the new building showcase easy, drive-up access to iBanker Live Tellers, and ample conversational space inside for business clients to meet one-on-one with a business banker of choice.

“We are excited to be expanding our footprint in Mountain Home,” said Chad Hudson, FNBC Regional President, Chief Lending Officer and Mountain Home Community President. “We’ve been fortunate to grow a strong, seasoned team of bankers over the past several years who have brought tremendous value and business relationships to our office. Expanding toward the west end of town allows us to be able to provide even greater convenience and access to existing and prospective clients in Baxter County and surrounding communities.”

FNBC, headquartered in Ash Flat, branched into Mountain Home in 2006, and today has $90 million in assets and employs 12, including commercial and mortgage lenders, personal bankers and treasury management representatives.

Constructions is estimated to begin in September with a mid-spring completion date.
