FNBC BANK LAUNCHES NEW LOGO

 In Newsworthy

ASH FLAT, Ark. (Sept. 5, 2014) — FNBC Bank unveiled a new logo today; the new design reflects the strong ties FNBC shares with people in its service region and a continued dedication to community.

“We’re excited to introduce this updated FNBC logo and color scheme to our friends and neighbors in the towns we serve,” said FNBC President Marty Sellars. “FNBC remains instilled with the value of excellence in service we’ve always had. We’re loyal to our community — something which will never change — and still have staff that customers have known for decades, while adding some dynamic new leadership to the team.”

The new logo fits FNBC’s philosophy of constant improvement, Sellars said, noting that it represents “a renewed commitment to the flexibility, knowledge and responsiveness that the people of FNBC have taken pride in for more than a century. The refreshed look represents the future for FNBC, a future that will be as bold and bright as the bank’s past.”

The new logo brings a fresh, contemporary, warm color scheme, and more importantly, it underscores that FNBC is more than bricks and mortar. FNBC is made up of community bankers focused on serving their communities.

This visual change follows the bank’s conversion from a national charter bank regulated by the Office of Comptroller of the Currency to a state chartered bank regulated by the State of Arkansas and the Federal Reserve of St. Louis. With the conversion also came a legal name change from First National Banking Company to FNBC Bank. These changes were effective Jan. 1, 2014.
