FNBC Bank, the $625 million asset community bank headquartered in Ash Flat, has selected Gregory Company, Inc. of Mountain Home as its general contractor for its second Mountain Home location. The new office will be located in the West End Development at 175 West End Way.

FNBC purchased the land in 2019 and began making plans to expand its footprint in the market. FNBC originally branched into Mountain Home in 2006 and currently has one full-service office, located at 102 Hwy 62 E., that has more than $90 million in assets and is led by FNBC Regional President, Chief Lender and Community President Chad Hudson.

“Our growth over the past several years has been remarkable and our new location not only gives us more visibility, but greater accessibility for current and prospective clients,” said Hudson. “It will also provide us with even more consultative space as we continue to partner with business owners to establish, grow and expand their own operations.”

Architectural design and construction management is provided by Adrenaline Agency, an experience design agency headquartered in Atlanta. The state-of-the-art, 4,015 square foot office will follow a similar floor plan to FNBC’s newest location in Jonesboro, which was built in 2020. It will offer a more open concept, allowing clients to pull up a chair for more collaboration and connection. Floor to ceiling windows will allow natural sunlight to flood the space and for an illuminated effect after hours.

It will also have drive-up interactive teller machines, or iBankers, under detached canopies set away from the building.

FNBC held a groundbreaking event on Wednesday, Nov. 10 to commemorate the beginning of this project. The new office is slated to be completed in Spring 2022. For more information about FNBC, please visit www.fnbc.us/about.
