For the fourth year FNBC Bank has gifted the Highland School District $10,000 in support of Saluting Our Achieving Rebels (SOAR). Highland’s SOAR program acknowledges students each quarter who either have all As & Bs, and/or perfect attendance, or have shown grit.

FNBC has been a proud sponsor of the SOAR program since its inception in Fall 2015. As part of their recognition, students are rewarded by receiving T-shirts, hats, power chargers, and have taken field trips.
