FNBC Bank has once again gifted the Highland School District $10,000 to fund the Saluting Our Achieving Rebels (SOAR) program in 2019. The SOAR program recognizes students each quarter who either have all As & Bs, and/or perfect attendance, or have shown grit.

FNBC has been sponsoring the SOAR program since its introduction in Fall 2015. Since that time, students have received Tshirts, hats, power chargers, and have gone on field trips as part of their recognition.

“We applaud the students at Highland who show up each day and put in the hard work to succeed,” said Donald Britnell, FNBC Sharp County Community President. “FNBC is honored to be able to partner with the school district to support this program that recognizes their great efforts.”
