Dayna Hall has been hired as the Branch Manager of FNBC’s Mountain Home office, located at 102 Hwy 62 E.

In her role, Hall will work alongside Community President & Chief Lender Chad Hudson to oversee the branch’s day-to-day operations, as well as be responsible for leading the retail deposit team, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and continuing FNBC’s growth in the Baxter County market.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dayna to the FNBC team,” said Hudson. “Dayna is a perfect cultural fit with our existing team and organization. She not only has strong relationships, customer service skills and retail operation skills, but she also brings valuable banking experience, character and leadership to FNBC banking team in Mountain Home. She will play a really important role in our continued success with market share and our future branch expansion to the West side of Mountain Home.”

FNBC recently announced it plans to break ground this fall on a new 4,000 square foot branch in the West End Development. The new state-of-the-art facility is slated to open in Spring 2022.

Hall holds an Associate of Science in Business from Arkansas State University in Mountain Home and brings more than 15 years of banking experience in the Mountain Home market. She most recently served as Branch Manager of another financial institution.

FNBC, headquartered in Ash Flat, branched into Mountain Home in 2006, and today has $90 million in assets and employs 12, including commercial and mortgage lenders, personal bankers, retail banking staff and treasury management representatives.
