Hays joins FNBC Risk Department

FNBC recently announced the addition of Cathryn Hays to its Risk Department as Internal Auditor.

Since 2018, the $740 million asset community bank has almost doubled in asset size, necessitating additional risk management protocols. In this new role, Hays will work closely with leaders in the Risk Department to manage the bank’s risk profiles.

“We are excited to welcome Cathryn to our team,” said Rebekah Guiltner, FNBC Senior Vice President & Internal Auditor. “She has hit the ground running and I’m looking forward to working with her as she grows in her community banking and auditing career.”

Prior to joining FNBC, Hays worked as a branch manager of another financial institution in Jonesboro and also has experience as a paralegal. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arkansas State University.

A native of Hornersville, Mo., Hays and her husband, Nick, reside in Jonesboro and have one daughter.
