Julie Seat

Terri French, Vice President for Retail Operations at FNBC Bank, recently announced the promotion of Julie Seat to Branch Manager over the bank’s Sharp County offices. Seat joined the bank in March as Branch Manager for the Ash Flat office.

“Julie has been a great addition to FNBC’s retail team,” said French. “She has built a solid team at our Ash Flat office, and I have no doubt Julie will continue to bring an exceptional level of leadership to our other Sharp County offices.”

In her role, Seat will provide leadership for the Ash Flat, Cherokee Village, Hardy and Highland office, and branch managers and assistants at those offices will report directly to her. The transition will be complete by the end of the first quarter in 2017.

FNBC Bank added the Branch Manager – Sharp County position to better position itself through recent and future growth opportunities. Seat will continue to work closely with Donald Britnell, Sharp County Community President, to drive growth initiatives and expand FNBC’s footprint.

Prior to joining FNBC Bank, Seat was the Branch Manager at Iberia Bank’s Highland office.

Seat is a native of Ash Flat and is very involved with Highland High School athletics, currently serving as president of the Highland High School Booster Club. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She has two sons: Kamran, age 19, and Kahner, age 15.
