Terri French named Vice President of Retail Operations at FNBC Bank

Marty Sellars, president of FNBC Bank, recently announced the appointment of Terri French to Vice President of Retail Operations. “At FNBC, part of our legacy is to provide career opportunities for our people,” said FNBC President Marty Sellars. “Terri is a wonderful example of someone who began her banking career at FNBC at the age of 18. Through her years of hard work and dedication she has become a well-respected, seasoned banking professional and is a very important part of our management team. I am so proud of her accomplishments and am excited to watch her continue to excel in her career with FNBC.”

In this position, French will oversee the administration and development of branch offices, as well as implement appropriate policies, procedures and training to ensure efficient and effective branch operations. She will also assist with the development and implementation of branch marketing programs, and will oversee a full range of services to customers and prospective customers.

“I have been truly blessed to be part of such a great organization,” French said. “I’m honored and eager to begin this new chapter with FNBC.”

French started with FNBC in 1989 as the bank’s first roving teller. She has held numerous positions, including head teller and new accounts at Ash Flat. She became the assistant to the executive team in 1996 and then executive assistant to the Chairman and CEO in 1998. She is also serves as secretary to the Board of Directors at FNBC. Along with her duties, French also oversees the Bank’s annual Christmas donation projects and organizes other internal company events. French is a life-long resident of Sharp County.
