FNBC has announced the successful recruitment of Alec McDaniel to its lineup of business bankers in its Jonesboro office, located at 2631 Race St. McDaniel, who brings more than a decade of banking experience, joins FNBC as Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer.

“We are excited to welcome Alec to our team,” said Brad Snider, Community President of the Jonesboro office. “We’ve been fortunate to continue to add to our roster of bankers who are growing our new commercial banking center through strong customer and community relationships.”

FNBC, the $700 million asset lender chartered in Ash Flat, entered the Jonesboro market in August 2018 with a loan production office, and opened as a full-service location in January 2019. By 2020, construction had begun on a new state-of-the-art commercial banking center that opened its doors to customers in early 2021. Today, the Jonesboro office has $76 million in assets.

Led by Snider, McDaniel joins a strong commercial banking team consisting of J.R. Blackburn, Kevin Alpe and Trent Brown.

McDaniel is a member of the Board of Directors of Crimestoppers of Jonesboro, Inc., and participates in the Jonesboro Young Professionals Network and the Rotary Club of Jonesboro. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arkansas State University.
