FNBC Bank celebrated the opening of its newest banking center, located at 175 West End Way in Mountain Home yesterday. This is its second location in the Mountain Home market.

FNBC Bank, the $700 million asset bank chartered in Ash Flat, first entered the Mountain Home market in 2006. It built and opened its first full-service location in 2008 and still operates that location at 102 Hwy 62 E.

“Over the last several years, we’ve seen tremendous growth in Baxter County,” said Chad Hudson, FNBC Mountain Home Community President. “We were out of space in our existing office, which is a good problem to have. We are excited to have expanded our footprint to the west side of Mountain Home with this beautiful new facility, and we look forward to more conveniently serving our customers and the community.”

Led by Hudson, a 30-year banking veteran, the Mountain Home branches have over $90 million in assets and employs 12, including retail bankers, commercial and mortgage lenders, personal bankers and treasury management representatives.

Construction began in late 2021 and the doors opened to customers in August.

The 4,500-square-foot facility was designed by Adrenaline Agency, an experience design agency headquartered in Atlanta. Gregory Company, Inc. served as the general contractor on the project.

The modern, state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest in banking technology, including an interactive teller machine, or ITM. The ITM, or iBanker, offers more features than a traditional ATM, allowing customers to receive quicker service with extended hours. The iBanker was first introduced at FNBC’s original Mountain Home office in late 2020.

The bank celebrated the grand opening of its new Mountain Home West branch on Tuesday, Oct. 11 with a press conference, a ribbon-cutting ceremony in partnership with the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, and a public event where prizes were handed out and free boxed lunches were provided.
