FNBC Bank makes additional hires for Jonesboro LPO
FNBC has hired J.R. Blackburn as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender and Laura McCain as Client Relationship Assistant to join its newly formed team in Jonesboro. The bank recently announced its plans to open a Loan Production Office in Jonesboro, located at 1118 Windover Road, on August 23.
Blackburn and McCain will join FNBC Jonesboro Community President Brad Snider and Vice President and Commercial Lender Brock Fletcher. All three have worked under Snider’s leadership in the past.

Blackburn is a 31-year banking veteran who most recently worked as a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at another Northeast Arkansas Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arkansas State University. He completed the Graduate School of Banking of the South in Baton Rouge, La., and the Graduate Commercial Lending School in Indianapolis, Ind. He and his wife, Teri, live in Jonesboro and have two adult children.
McCain spent the past 15 of her more than 30-year banking career as a Commercial Relationship Assistant at another bank in Jonesboro. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Associate of Science from Arkansas State University. She serves on the board of the Craighead County Single Parent Scholarship Fund and serves as local and county leadership for the Girl Scouts of Crowley’s Ridge Council. She also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the March of Dimes – March for Babies. She and her husband, Jimmy, live in Jonesboro and have seven adult children.
